Respected sir,

I Mr. Hari Yashwant Bhalekar residing at 211, survey No. 58, Moragaon village, Juhu, Santacruz (West),
Mumbai-400049. would like to submit my lawful problems and request your help to overcome from the
forceful illegal ownership by Mrs. Kalpana Rai.

Two years back we purchased a house from which has approx. 140sq feet room and has plus one above
storey. While our discussion with the previous owner clearly stated that the above property is also part of the
concerned house and will be attach to the sale proceeds then.
Mrs Kalpana Rai who has been allotted some other room by the developer long back but is currently
occupying the above storey of my house which I had purchased.
We have been requesting Mrs Kalpana to vacate the house but she has been denying the same and tends to have
a verbal quarrel with my family. Just to provide some background about Mrs Kalpana Rai, lady approx. age
55yrs residing alone and has also occupied one more room where she states she is the owner. In the past she has
been also involved in cheating the fellow neighbours by taking hand loan approx. 5lakhs of which she never
returned any amount.
The survey down in 2007 by SRA for the redevelopment project clearly states that Mrs. Kalpana Rai was
allotted Room No. 129. Though I have been trying to convince her since 2 years that the property legally
belongs to me that she encroached the above said room. She is not ready to listen even to the other members of
the society who tried to convince her. Since I have no other way left I want to take a legal action against Mrs.
Kalpana Rai.

I request you to write a notice to Mrs. Kalpana Rai on the above said matter.
