II. TERMS & CONDITIONS:

PAYMENT TERMS:
 Fifty-Percent (50%) Down Payment upon confirmation of orders and another fifty-
percent (50%) balance PDC upon delivery.
 You may opt to deposit the fifty-percent (50%) DP on the following bank accounts;
Metro bank / Account Name-1TEQ PROVIDERS INC. / Account No.362-3-362-506-922 or
PNB / Account Name-1TEQ PROVIDERS INC. / Account No. 105-5700-03166 and kindly email
proof of payment to sales@1teqproviders.com.ph for us to process your orders.
 All outstanding balance which exceeds terms shall be subjected to 5% interest per month.
 Penalty charge of 20% of the PO price shall be applied for any cancellation of confirmed orders.
 Vendor has the right to stop support services, pull-out all units involved in failure to settle
all payments.
 Failure of client to use the hardware or any problems encountered beyond the control of
the vendor will not affect the terms of payment.

WARRANTY:
 W arranty: One (1) year hardware & software warranty under normal usage. After the
warranty period, the Client has an option to enter into a Preventive Maintenance
Agreement. Warranty begins upon receipt of Delivery Receipt.
 FREE items are not covered by a warranty.
 Warranty exclusion: Transferring of POS hardware & software, wrong user entry, data
corruption, virus, re-training of users, network problem and power failure problem,
negligence, abuse, Act of God like earthquake, typhoon, flood, fire and lightning.
 Warranty is voided if the client or third party tampers with the hardware & software.

TRAINING, SUPPORT & SERVICE FEE:

 Setup the POS Hardware & Software.
 FREE Two (2) sessions, four (4) hours per session User’s Training. Maximum of 4 persons
(Train the Trainer). Schedule should be from Mondays thru Fridays only between 9AM to
6PM and must be scheduled two (2) days prior the desired date.
 One (1) day On-site Standby Monitoring.
 Our office will be available to log down calls made and to forward service calls to

technical personnel who are equipped with cellular phones for fast response
 Network cabling services will be provided by the Client, otherwise a service fee of
Php1, 500.00 per unit will apply.
 For Technical Support made within 9:00a.m to 6:00p.m f r o m Mondays thru Fridays,
response time will be within 24 hours or earlier subject to the availability of our
Technical Personnel. Beyond, those time and days, you could coordinate with our
Technical Support Head the following office day. An additional investment of Php200 per
hour per Engineer will be billed for work rendered beyond normal working hours and
during holidays and Sundays.
 A service charge of Php1, 800.00 per terminal will apply for services made not covered
by the warranty.
 For delivery, installation and training and support outside Metro Manila, the customer will
be charged to actual transportation, hotel accommodation if needed to stay overnight,
food allowance and a per diem of Php800.00 per person or any other expenses related to
pos delivery and installation.

LEAD-TIME:
 Ex-stock: One (1) week or less from receipt of Purchase Order.
 Out-of-Stock: Three(3) to Four(4) weeks from receipt of Purchase Order
 Any delays in the release of BIR Permit, failure of client to use the system or any problems
encountered beyond the control of the vendor will not affect the terms of payment.

PERMIT TO USE SALES MACHINE (PTUSM) BIR REGISTRATION:

 FREE BIR PTUSM registration. Client strictly needs to provide Certificate of Registration
(COR) for POS permit to use application purposes.
 Pos Provider will process PTUSM application. As part of the process Tax payer need to
enroll/create eAccreg user account online and fill up,sign and submit sworn statements
on their corresponding RDO.Upon approval of PTUSM and eAccreg User Account tax
payer will print PTUSM.
 In compliance with BIR Tax Payer need to create/enroll eSales account.
 Using POS without POS PERMIT TO SALES MACHINE (PTUSM) is not allowed. 1TEQ
Providers Inc. is not liable for any operations without pos permit.

OTHER CONDITIONS:
 Price quotation is 12% VAT Inclusive & FOB Manila.
 The client agrees to coordinate well with the Vendor, particularly on all data, technical
information and other materials needed for the installation.
 There will be an additional investment for any system module(s) / enhancement(s) /
revision(s) not included in the standard systems features. Price quotation will depend
on the scope of the modification(s). However, customized report is FREE-of-Charge
provided that data is available.
 The client is responsible to provide external USB or external Hard disk for back up and
security purposes.
 Microsoft Licenses NOT included.
 POS Software license is not transferable .
 Price Validity: This quotation is valid for thirty (30) days only due to US dollar fluctuation rate.
