• Due to manually control ,operator Run it with constant speed
through PushButton from desktop(SA13FWD-DESK01)and (SA13REV-
DESK01).ROLL-1 and Roll-2 move forward and backward
simultaneously,Inorder to adjust face of Coil.

•These Equipment Used in Coil Pusher And Coil Cutter To detect


its Position.

•These Equipment Gives the Analog Value To


detect Position of Coil For Centering.
•These Equipments Also Detects Coil Presence

•Temperture Sensor Used in Roll-01 and Roll-02.It give


Temperature of Motor as analog value.And these
value used as warning if exceeds beyond 300 degree
celcius.

•These Equipments used to slow down or


completely stop the motor.Here it used to stop the
movement of Roll-1 and Roll-2.It should be Open When
motor neede to be in motion.
•When motor start Command forward(SA13FWD-
DESK01) or motor start Command reverse(SA13REV-
DESK01) given from Desktop-1 then brake should Open
and When these command goes Off ,Brake will release.
•These are the electromagnetic valves for movements of
hydraulic
cylinder.It use to move Coil Pusher and Coil Cutter.These
Valves Actuated from Desktop-1 ,by Operator,with
respective Pushbutton.

for Electromagnetic valve(YVH200201A),Actuated from
Coil Pusher Up pushbutton (LPB09-DESK01)
