DESCRIPTION

•These Geared motor controlled by Operator manually to move coil car


forward and backward direction.
•Translation Car can be go forward and
Backward from forward pushbutton (SA18FWD-DESK01) and from
reverse pushbutton(SA18REV-DESK01) if interlock satisfy.
Forward Interlock-
•If Cradle of Coil Car in Down Position,sensed by("GE-200506"),then it
can go upto Uncoiler Limit sensed by(GE-200504)
•If Cradle car has coil sensed by("GE-200505"-will off if coil present),and
coil car not in peeling stand sensed by("GE-200503" will on if in peeling
stand)
then it can move upto uncoiler limit(GE-200504)
•If Cradle car has coil sensed by("GE-200505"-will off if coil present),and
GEARED coil car is in peeling stand sensed by("GE-200503" will on if in peeling

1.Pusher will be in up Position sensed by("GE-200201")
2.Blade will be in up position sensed by("GE-200202")
3.Blade will be in out position sensed by("GE-200203")

Interlock for Backward movement
If Cradle of Coil Car in Down Position,sensed by("GE-200506"),then it
can go upto Coil saddle sensed by("GE-200501")
•If Cradle car has coil sensed by("GE-200505"-will off if coil present),and
coil car not in peeling stand sensed by("GE-200503" will on if in peeling
stand)
then it can move upto coil saddle limit("GE-200501"
•If Cradle car has coil sensed by("GE-200505"-will off if coil present),and
coil car is in peeling stand sensed by("GE-200503" will on if in peeling
stand)
and
1.Pusher will be in up Position sensed by("GE-200201")
2.Blade will be in up position sensed by("GE-200202")
3.Blade will be in out position sensed by("GE-200203")
4.Arm Support will be in out position sensed by("GE-201402")
then only it can move backward.

Use of this Device is to make CoilCar Stop. For Forward or Reverse


YBR-200501 COIL CAR Brake MOTOR BRAKE movement of Coil Car(MKG-200501)Brake will open aautomatically and
Close automatically when movement stops.
•These are Electromagnetic Valve used to actuate cylinder and run
hydraulic motor.These valve used in Cradle up,Cradle down,Roller-1 and
Roller-2 movement.

Cradle up(YVH-200501A)
•Cradle will go up By PushButton("PB14-DESK01") from Desktop-1 if
Intrlock Satisfied.
Interlock-
•Coil Car in Coil Saadle

1.If Coil In Peeling Stand("GE-200503"-high)
2.Pusher will be in up Position sensed by("GE-200201"-High)
3.Blade will be in up position sensed by("GE-200202"-High)
4.Blade will be in out position sensed by("GE-200203"-High)
5.Cradle not in intermediate Position("GE-200507"-Low)

YVH-200501B • Cradle will go up By PushButton("PB14-DESK01") from Desktop-1 if
Intrlock Satisfied.
