Pyasi came to fulfill the thirst of the audience

Pyasi who is been in the music industry for over two decades has come up with has come up
with his album of modern songs called “basana” with help of Sagarmatha Cassette. This album includes 8
songs among which 2 of them are duet with Anjana Gurung and the remaining 6 are by him. Pyasi who
has well presented himself as both musician and a singer in Nepalese music industry has two songs like
“ke bhul bhayo priya”, “euta pardesi aii” have become tremendously popular.

There is an established belief among people in the Nepalese music industry that they can’t
establish themselves unless they come up with an album of their own song than duets and triplets with
more than one singer. Even Pyasi who has become very popular with hundreds of songs wasn’t free from
that belief. This album called “Basana” has not only cleared his mind of that belief but also excited
thousands of audience and enthused them. This album is supposed to be a great creation for singer
“Pyasi”, lyricist Anand Adhikari and musician Ashish Abiral.

Whatever changes come or piracies happen or undue advantages are taken, the album “Basana”
shall remain in the hearts and mind of the people. For people who love the beauty and sweetness of the
voice, who enjoy the song to its depth and lose themselves in it and for those who have been influenced
by foreign creation, this album surly shall be a gift. We thank the producer of this album Mr. Hira KC for
doing such a phenomenal job. It can surly be assumed that this album of Sagarmatha Casette like manki
rani(folk pop), gandaki tiraima(folk pop), Dosh(modern) and yanimaya(folk dohori) shall win the heart of
innumerable audience.
