The Counsellor asked appropriate questions in the beginning of the session to let the client describe
her problem.

• EXPLORE ACRONYM

The Counsellor used explore acronym very well to explore client's issues.

• IDENTIFYING GOALS

The counsellor helped the client and gave her several options to achieve the goals.

RESOURCES AND TOOLS

• Miracle Question

The Counsellor used Miracle Question or "problem is gone" question at the right time so that the
client envisions the solution of her problem.

• Scaling question

To help client identifying resources, the counsellor gave a rating scale range zero to ten and asked
the client to rate wise. The client rated herself 3.

• Exception-seeking question
It was observed that Exception-seeking question was not used by the Counsellor during the session.

• Coping question

Counsellor was nicely asked coping question to elicit information about the client's resources.

• Problem free talk

The Counsellor had problem free talk with the client to help her feel relaxed and pro-active.

• Compliments

The Counsellor gave compliments to the Client's abilities throughout the session to make her feel
positive and comfortable.

CLIENT'S FEEDBACK:

- The client claims that there was good understanding and good eye contact between them.

- The client says that she got good motivation and good support from the counsellor.

- The client claimed to have had a very comfortable, understanding and a trustable session with the
counsellor.

- The client also mentions that she felt happy and positive after the session.
