The Counsellor Used the skill of Rapport Building very well. They both (The client and the Counsellor)
maintained a good rapport from the beginning to till the end of the session.

- Comfort

The Counsellor took utmost care to ensure that if the client is comfortable. The Counsellor made her
client comfortable throughout the session.

- Positive Regard

The Counsellor seemed very positive and was giving positive regard to her client as well.

- Eye Contact

The Counsellor maintained a very good eye contact with the client throughout the session.

- Trust

The Counsellor asked questions taking the client into confidence/ trust with providing a welcoming
environment.

The Counsellor was quite interested in the explanation of client's complaint

- Goal setting

The Counsellor Set her goal after identifying the Central problem of the client.

- Achieve the target

The Counsellor clarified all the possibilities to tackle the problem and achieve the target.

- Learning in the Process

Both the Counsellor and the client learned a lot of things during the session.

• COUNSELLOR QUALITY:
- Patience

The Counsellor was very much patient throughout the session.

The Counsellor was very much confident to provide her client clear Guidance and Assistance.

- Communication skill

The Counsellor was communicating the ideas (using kind words) with the client very confidently to
make her feel relaxed.

- Listening skill

The Counsellor was listening her client very carefully to establish trust and understanding between
them.

- Non-Judgemental

The Counsellor was not pre assuming anything about the client, but her focus was to make positive
changes in Client's life.

• TRANSITION
- The Counsellor was asking the questions in an appropriate manner which made the client ready to
answer.

- The client was understanding each level of questions asked by the Counsellor.
