hardwoods. Finish is spray can
Krylon white primer and color
glosses. Krylon brush-on Color
Creations also works well. With
both types of paint, apply 2 coats
of primer sanding each coat with
220 sandpaper when dry. Apply
3 coats of color sanding with 400
sandpaper when dry. Apply final
coat of Krylon Triple Thick Clear. All
Krylon paints and finishes are non- BOB BOBSY CAR
toxic when dry.

Natural wood toys finish is

either Cynthia’s Non-Toxic
BOB
Paste Wax Wipe-On Finish or
spray can Krylon Triple Thick
Clear gloss. For Triple Thick
Clear gloss apply 4 very light
coats of Clear sanding each
coat with 400 grit sandpaper
when bone dry. Apply fifth
and final coat of Krylon Triple
Thick Clear and do not sand
the final coat. All Krylon paints
and finishes are non-toxic BOB BOBSY CAR
when dry.

stores like Lowes and Home Depot in 2’ x 4’ sheets of 1/2”
and 3/4” thickness.

1. Glue and clamp the two Part 3’s to Part 2 using the precision
line orthographic on page 6 as a guide and with all axle holes in
alignment. Wipe off excess glue after clamping and let
the glue dry thoroughly before proceeding.
2. Glue two wheels Part 7 to ends of two axles Part 8. Part 8 axle
protrudes on outside of Part 7 axle hole by approximately 1/16”. Purchase the Part 7 wheels
Insert ends of the two axles through the Part 2/3/3 Assembly. Slip from www.craftparts.com
two Part 7’s onto the ends of the two Part 8’s that are protruding

from Parts 2/3. Adjust the wheels on Part 8 to allow the axle/
wheels assembly to rotate freely in Parts 2 and 3. toy wheels 1/2” thick. Hole
