The Secluded Disposition in A Group
The Secluded Disposition in A Group
Individually, I am carved to walk the line between the imaginative reality and the
practical problem solver. I have a keen sense for detecting worry and unhappiness in the
group, even when outward signs of distress are absent. I keep the peace; I mediate. I do
not just hear, but listen in between the seats to the opinions of other members. I
compromise. I encourage the group with affirmations because I believe support systems
are essential to overcoming tasks. While there are downsides to being in a group, I believe
that through immense cooperation, the first-rate result is very promising.
