MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

Party.

Acknowledging that both parties wish to establish mutual benefits, therefore both parties are

hereby agree on the following articles of this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

Article I.
 Objective

1) This Memorandum of Understanding is intended to determine and elaborate the general

agreements of cooperation, compliance as well as the terms and conditions set between both

parties of having to work during the periods stated.

2) This Memorandum of Understanding is intended to elucidate the terms and conditions of (II)

General Agreement and Period of Working, (III) First Party’s Rights and Obligations, (IV)

Second Party’s Rights and Obligations, (V) Dispute settlement, (VI) Signature

Article II.

General Agreements and periods of Working

The First Party and the Second Party are to cooperate upon:

1) Within the validity of this Memorandum of Understanding, the First Party will be the host of

the agreement;

2) Within the validity of this Memorandum of Understanding, the Second Party will be work-

ing as the (position) in the First Party’s Education - Youth Organization from June 1 - June

30, 2022;

3) This Memorandum of Understanding will be valid from the date signatory until the end of

the Second Iteration as the date stated above.

4) This Memorandum of Understanding will be end automatically if all rights and obligations

of both parties have been fulfilled; and

5) This Memorandum of Understanding will be terminated if either one of the parties involved

neglects the rights or fails to fulfill their respective obligation.

Article III

First Party’s Right and Obligations

The First Party has to adhere and complete the rights and obligations as followings:

1) Agrees to be the host for the Second Parties.

2) Agrees to provide the Primer and Study Guides that will be used during the Committee Ses-

sion.

3) Agrees to provide Letter of Recommendation and Certificate of Excellency to the Second

Party when the obligations of the Second Party have fulfilled and succeeded to achieve the

expected obligations.

4) Agrees to maintain professional manners during the validity period of this MoU encom-

passed in the following details:

a. Agrees to maintain cooperation, competency, reliability, and accountability;

b. Agrees to maintain honesty and integrity;

c. Agrees to maintain respect for others including but not limited to the Second Party, the

Secretariat Members, and the Delegates;

d. Agrees to maintain effective communication with the Second Party;

e. Agrees active and engage during the discussion with the Second Party.

5) Agrees to assist the Second party during the Validity of this Memorandum of Understanding

Article IV

Second Party’s Right and Obligation

The Second Party has to adhere and complete the rights and obligations as the followings;
1) Agrees to accept then role of (your position) during the period agreement in the First Party’s

event along with its rights and responsibilities

2) Agrees to maintain professional manners during the validity period of this MoU encom-

passed in the following details:

a. Agrees to maintain cooperation, competency, reliability, and

accountability;

b. Agrees to maintain honesty and integrity;

c. Agrees to maintain respect for others including but not limited to the First

Party, The Secretariat Members, and the Delegates;

d. Agrees to maintain effective communication with The First Party;

e. Agrees to remain active and engage during the discussion with The First

Party.

3) Agrees to fulfills the roles in the position that was assigned by the First Party.

4) Agrees to attend The First Party’s event on the 25th – 26th June 2022 unless

further agreement from both parties declared where The First Party allows The

Second Party to be absence during the first day/second day/both days of the

event;

5) Agrees to finish the tasks assigned according to the deadlines provided by the

First Party in respect to fulfill the Second Party’s obligations.

Article V

Dispute and Settlement

1) If during the validity period of this Memorandum of Understanding, either one or

both of the parties involved neglect their obligation or fail to fulfill the agreement,
The First Party and The Second Party shall have a discussion to produce a

solution within three working days.

2) Failure to comply with the solution offered and agreed upon both parties will

result in disbanding the position of the Second Party.

Article VI

Signature

This Memorandum of Understanding shall be effective when both parties sign this

agreement.
