based posts in the search box, I get an inclusive list of all the French tech companies
recruiting for posts overseas.

Who would you contact in these organizations?

● The Head of International Talent Acquisition


● The responsible of the department recruiting the International personnel
● The Head of Partnership
● CEO (who has reposted the hiring post on their personal linkedin) or the assistant

Explain me why - what criteria did you use to prioritize them:

For the Companies:

● All of them are recently taking actions to go abroad or have been recruiting for
international positions
● They have all achieved success in France or have at least closed a Series B
financing

For the Choices of Contacts:

● The Head of International Talent Acquisition is the person who can give me a clear
budget and requirement on the potential collaboration.
● If the IT department is recruiting and the responsible of the department could be
joined, I can try to propose a more efficient solution to the difficulties he or she is
facing due to the expanding business opportunities; also in some structures, this is
the person deciding how the HR team is going to recruit.
● The Head of Partnership are sometimes the easiest ones to be contacted. An
opportunity could start as a win-win collaboration.
● When the CEO gets involved in the recruitment, after doing some research on the
global strategy, contacting him or her can be a bold but efficient way to know if there
is a match between our services and their challenges.
