Hello, I'm your coach


Dora!
I started Instagram during my first
year of college to share study tips
and tricks that helped me. I’ve
uncovered creative ways to learn
more effectively and efficiently
which enabled my grades to
skyrocket! (3.2->3.7 GPA)

I have been working with students


for almost 3 years now so I really
love what I do! I am not sure what
life will bring, but I do know that I’ll
be drinking coffee along the way.

Knowing it’s possible to pick


yourself up is what I am most
excited to share with others
who want to get better grades,
save time, and develop strong

How A Routine Can


Change Your Life
I Freaking LOVE Routines

Having a routine is the best Personally, when I am following

STOP Doing The


Same Things
Why You Should Change Things Up

Ok so... I know I just said how important a


routine is- but you also have to know that
you should also make it a priority to keep
life and school interesting! Oftentimes,
people get burnt out when they aren't
doing enough of what they love. So with
that in mind, you should certainly be
making sure that in addition to going to
waking up at 6 am, going to the gym, eating
breakfast, studying, eating dinner, and
going to bed... that you take some time
during the weekends to do things that YOU
love. For example, on some weekends
during school I like to go to the farmers
market with friends or go downtown for
lunch.

By keeping things interesting, you can


avoid burnout and ultimately be focused
on your school work without having to push
yourself every day.

How to Start
Step By Step...

1. Pick something to
improve
a. EX: Workout everyday
2. Workout right after you
wake up for 5-10 mins
3. Once you can workout
for 5-10 minutes every
day... increase it to 10-15
minutes every day

My Advice

To go from a 3.2 in high


school to a 3.7 in college...
here is what I changed.

1. Started going to study


groups
2. Learned that striving for
perfection was burning
me out
3. Made the most of my
time (doing work during
classes where I could)
4. Tried different study
methods
5. Adapted my studying
habits to certain classes

CONCLUSION

This is the beginning


of something good.
Regardless of what step of your education you are in right now, making sure that
you define your version of success is the first step to finding out what you are
capable of. Not everyone has the same goals, so you should make sure you find
out what you want to improve on and allow it to be a guiding journey.

As a coach, I can only teach you so much about the tips and tricks that I use,
that's why learning how to mesh them into your routine will help make the
difference. Instead of just "wanting" to study, by making a plan, you can actually
create small, but achievable, goals that will motivate you and help create a self
sufficient support network within yourself.
