GENERAL FAQs Regarding claims as follows:-


Q. 1 Why should I fill up form ‘C’ because I m already fill up Form B in 2017?
Ans:- As per the order of Hon’ble Supreme Court , Liquidation process, following IBBI (Liquidation
Regulations), as per law it is necessary to file claim in prescribed format I.e “FORM C” within
stipulated time. However considering difficulties arises to investor in resubmitting claim, we shall seek
some relaxation from the court.
Q.2 In what time claimant will get back there money under liquidation process?
Ans:-Since the matter is pending before and being monitored by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the
time frame cannot be ascertained in advance /at this stage. Yet, it can be assured that this is a process
of law and it will follow according to directions of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
Q.3 I am Agent and I already paid full/Part maturity amount to my customer than how can I get back
my money?
Ans:-This is not possible. Law doesn’t permits that ,money will be paid only to the person who has
deposited money with the company (Corporate Debtor) and holding valid certificate
/document in support of his/her claim.
Q.4 I am member, and I received part payment of my Maturity amount from Citrus Co. what about
my balance amount, how much amount I will get from you?
Ans:-Since the matter is running under and being monitored by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the
time frame cannot be ascertained in advance /at this stage. Yet, it can be assured that this is a
process of law and it will be followed according to Liquidation Process Regulations only.
Further, no assurance at this stage can be given about the amount or proportion which the
investor will receive. This will be as per the formula and time as maybe decided under the law
/Hon’bleSupreme Court of India.
Q.5 I am already submitted my original membership Certificate to your Wadala Office in 2015 after
that Certificate Xerox and other documents again submit at your 107 office at Lower parel. Now
I don’t have certificate Xerox copy / I don’t have Xerox copy than what to do?
Ans:- Under such circumstance you may submit only the certificate Number (with reasons
whatsoever may be) with claim form.
Q.6 If 100 Rupees stamp paper not available than 100 rupees franking allow or not?
Ans:- Yes. Certainly it will be valid and may be submitted.
Q.7 How much amount you are going to paid principal amount or full maturity amount, and with
interest or without interest?
Ans:- Since the matter is pending before and being monitored by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India,
the time frame cannot be ascertained in advance /at this stage. Yet, it can be assured that this
is a process of law and it will follow according to rules only. Further, no assurance at this
stage can be given about the amount or proportion which the investor will receive. This will
be as per the formula and time as may be decided under the law /Hon’ble Supreme Court of
India.
Q.8 If member expired than after some time member’s nominee also expired who will get money
and how?
Ans:- This will be as per the law of succession/ other relevant law/directions given by Supreme
Court of India / other courts at the time of distribution.
Q.9 What amount should be mention in the Form C in column no.3?
Ans:- The due /outstanding amount from respective company is to be mentioned.
Q. 10 Can One claimant , having more than 5 Certificates , file single affidavit?
Ans:- Yes.
Q. 11 What should be mention consideration amount in Affidavit in para no. 1 ?
Ans:- Amount due /outstanding.
Q. 12 If certificate holder have two certificates in two separate Company (RTSC &CITRUS) then can he
submit one Affidavit?
Ans:- No Separate claim/Affidavit form for each company to be submitted
Q. 13 Can we discuss about the liquidation order? If yes, then can u provide us.?
Ans:- The order was passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and is accessible to everyone on
Supreme Court site (www.supremecourtofindia.nic.in) . Also it is uploaded on the portal
(www.citrusroyal.com) prepared by SMC for the benefit of larger public .You may find the
order dated 12.02.2019 of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India under the “ORDER” menu of this
panel.
