General Interpretation:
‘The institutions provided the trainee’s the quality instructions that
made their skills in aquaculture improved. This is because the
facilities are appropriate to the skills need by the trainee’s and the
instructions are clear to understand.
Recommendation:
‘The trainees should be time sensitive because time scheduled are
affected. Trainee’s should come on time so that works will start as
what is scheduled.
