through active participation in carefully selected physical education activities.

PHYSICAL FITNESS – Is the ability of the individual to perform daily task


w/out undue fatigue & w/out extra energy for emergency.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY – Is a bodily movement produced by muscles in the


rependiture of energy.

PHYSICAL EXERCISE – are planned, structured, repetitive & purposeful.
