Number worksheet 9: Guidelines for parents and guardians

Point to the figure 9 on the worksheet and practise saying the number with
your child (Nine). Ask your child to say the names of the items at the top of
the worksheet (if he/she knows them). Then tell him/her to look at the small
pictures below and find the item which appears nine times. Help the child
find the answer (the hat) and circle the correct picture at the top. Practise
forming the figure 9 with your child. He/She can then trace the row of
numbers at the bottom of the worksheet, either with his/her finger or with a
pencil.
