Setting Password
1. Setting the password for the account is done through
the mobile application
2. Enter the company's domain, then select "First Login“
3. You will be redirected to the new user page to enter
the email.
4. Enter the code sent by e-mail / or message
5. After entering the verification code, you can set a new
password

Forget Password
1. The user can change the password through the
smartphone application (forgot your password)
2. After changing the password, the user can log into the

Add Departments
1. To add a new section, click on "Organization" from the
side menu
2. Choose Department from the top navigation bar
3. Choose the add icon

Add Departments
1. Enter the name of the department
2. Select the department manager from the list of
employees, if they were previously added
3. Choose the main department or the main department
to which the new department belongs
4. Click on the save icon

Add Employees

1. To add a new employee, click on "Organization" from
the side menu
2. Select Employees from the top navigation bar
3. Choose the add icon

Add Employees
1. Enter the employee's name
2. Choose/add tags "which is the use of an adjective
that applies to a group of employees (engineers,
teachers, managers, morning shift, current
projects....) or any other attribute that you would
like to classify based on to facilitate the identification
of shifts or work locations for them ”
3. Fill in the employee's data
4. If you choose to block multiple devices, the
employee will not be able to use more than one
device to use the application, and he will not be able
to use more than one account on the same device.
5. Click on the save icon "An email will be sent to the
employee informing him that he has been added to
the smart attendance system and he can start using
the application with attached links to download the
application" (You must provide your employee with
the domain name in order to be able to use the
application).

Modify employee Information


1. To modify an employee's data, click on
"Organization" from the side menu
2. Select Employees from the top navigation bar
3. Select the employee whose data you want to
modify

Delete an employee
1. To delete an employee, click on "Organization" from the
side menu
2. Select Employees from the top navigation bar
3. Then select the employee to be deleted
4. Click on the "Actions" menu.
5. Select "Delete"
6. A confirmation message for deletion will appear, click on
the OK button

Detach employee's device


1. From “organization” after viewing the list of employees.
2. Select the employee whose device is to be disconnected.

Detach employee's device


1 1. After selecting the employee from the list, the “Detach
Device" option will appear at the top of the page. Click
1 on it to disconnect the employee's device.

2. It is preferable to check that the "multiple device


blocking" button is unblocked at the end of the page, so
that the employee can register from his new device and
then activate the option again

3. The employee can now record attendance via his new


6 device, and the system will automatically connect the
2 2 employee's new device.

Create Locations
1. To create a new work location, click on "Locations" from
the side menu
2. Choose “Location” from the top navigation bar
3. Choose the add icon

Create Locations
1. Enter the Location information and validation info
(it is the validity period of the site for use, as
employees will not be able to log in to the site
after the expiration date of the site)
2. The latitude and longitude is entered by the
system when selecting the work location from the
map. You can also enter manually it in the
designated field.
3. Geofence radius: The space available for the
employee to log in and out from.
4. Click on the save icon

Assign Employee to a location


1. To set a work location for an employee, click
on “Locations” from the side menu
2. Choose “Assign Location” from the top
navigation bar

Assign Employee to a location


1. Specify the employee's start date at the site
2. Specify the end date of the employee's work at the
site
3. Select the category (employee, department). When
selecting an employee, you will be able to select the
target employees to be appointed on the site. When
selecting a department, you will be able to select the
target departments for appointment on the site.
4. Choose the location
5. Click on “Assign Location” to complete the saving
process

Create Shifts
1. To add working hours, click on “Shift" from the side
menu
2. Choose “Working Time” from the top navigation bar
3. Choose the add icon

Add Working time


1 1. Enter a name that describes the working time

Add Working time


1. You must make sure that “auto-out" is allowed
for the feature to work

Deactivate a Shift
1. From the side menu go to “Shift"
2. From the menu above choose “Shift Timeline"
3. From Group By select “Shift” as shown

Deactivate a Shift
1. From the list of Shifts, select the shift to be
archived or deleted
2. Select all employees on the shift as shown
3. From the "Action" select the Archived option

Add official holidays


1. To add official holidays, click on “Shift" from
the side menu
2. Choose Public Holidays from the top
navigation bar
3. Choose the add icon

Add official holidays


1. Specify the year of official holidays
2. Then select a general description
3. Add a new day off
4. Then select a name to describe the vacation
5. Then select the vacation date
6. Then press the save icon

Assign employees to Shifts


1. To set a working time for an employee, click on
“Shift" from the side menu
2. Choose “ Shift Assignment “ from the top
navigation bar

Assign employees to Shifts


1. Determine the start date of assigning working hours to the
employee or department
2. Determine the end date of assigning working hours to the
employee or department
3. Determine the target group by employee or department
4. Select the Shift
5. Add employee or department items
6. To save the entries, please click on Assign Shift

Attendance Record

display attendance records by employee or month

3. To register an employee's attendance
select the add icon

notifications
1. Click on “Attendance” from the side menu
2. Choose Notifications Control from the top navigation bar

2. Determine the start and end date of sending the

View employee verified


notifications
1. To view verification notifications, click on
"Attendance" from the side menu
2. Choose Notifications Control from the top navigation
bar
3. You will see a table showing the employee's data, the
date and time of receiving the notice, and the status
of the notice "Not Verified: The employee did not
confirm receipt of the notice. Verified: Receipt of the
notice has been confirmed."

View system data


1. To view system data, click on “ Dashboard " from the side
menu
2. Choose Dashboard from the top navigation bar
3. You will see a set of data that you can see in detail when you
click on the cursor

View Login method

1. To view the data of the employees' access to the
application, click on the " Dashboard" from the
side menu

6. Click on Print Report to obtain a printed file of
the report results

Print attendance report


1. To print the attendance report, click on "Dashboard"
from the side menu
2. Choose “Attendance Report” from the top navigation
bar
3. A pop-up window will appear in which you can choose
the target group (by employee, department...)
4. Target identification
5. Determine the start date of the report
6. Determine the end date of the report
7. Click to print the report in PDF or Excel format

1. Before printing the report, it is recommended to check


the (Records) number.
2. By clicking twice, the number can be modified to be
equal to the total (Records) in the system.

Print the attendance overview

1. To view the attendance summary report, click on “Data Dashboard”
from the side menu. Select “Attendance Overview” from the top

2. Choose the type of report
3. Choose the target group
4. Select the start date of the report
5. Select the end date of the report
6. Select the data you want to show in the report

Confirmation notifications

1. To view the verification notification report, click on “Data
Dashboard” from the side menu
2. Select Check Notification Report from the top navigation
bar
3. Choose the type of report
4. Choose the target group
5. Choose your targets
6. Select the start date of the report
7. Select the end date of the report
8. Select the data you want to show in the report
9. Print the report

2. The rest of the boxes are as shown in the picture
3. Click on the save icon
4. The employee can access the system using the same
