Joining Documents

You are requested to produce all of the following documents in original and the same will be
returned to you after verification on the same day.

1. Proof of Age
Please note that only the documents mentioned below can be accepted as a proof of date
of birth:-
• Copy of your Birth Certificate (with place of birth mentioned) or
• Passport or
• A Legal Affidavit sworn out by your father, mother, or close relative (duly
notarized by an advocate or any Gazetted officer)
School Leaving certificates are not acceptable.

2. Proof of Qualification
All the certificates have to be brought in Original:-
• Marks Sheets for 10th
• Passing Certificate or Marks Sheet for 12th / PUC
• Graduation - Passing certificate OR Degree Certificate, Marks sheet (for all the
years/semesters/trimesters)
• Post - Graduation Certificates – All Mark Sheets, Degree Certificate
• Professional Qualification - All Mark Sheets, Degree Certificate

3. Proof of Experience
You are expected to provide Work Experience Certificates from all the previous
Employers with exact dates which are mentioned in your resume. We would need below
mentioned documents from each employer: -
• Relieving/Experience Letter (which bears Date of Joining & Last date of Working)
or
• Offer Letter & Last month’s Pay Slip or
• Offer Letter & Resignation Acceptance Letter/Proof (which bears Last Date of
Working)
4. Photograph
Passport size photograph: 1 nos.

5. Banking Details
We have a facility to provide you with a salary account (Only with the bank listed
with us, subject to their policies)
In case you wish to continue with your existing salary account, kindly carry:-
• 1 Cancelled cheque leaf which has your name printed on it. In case you don’t
have such cheque leaves, kindly carry last month’s account statement with your
current cheque leaf

6. Pan Card (original)

Please produce the original Pan Card.

7. Aadhaar Card (original)

Please produce the original Aadhaar card for verification.

8. PF Passbook
Please produce the Provident Fund passbook

Please note that all the above documents are mandatory to be produced on the Date
