1. What are the ways through which the death penalty is carried out in different
countries? Which did you think is the most humane, and which is the least humane? Give
reason for your answers.

Answer; The death penalty that carried in the other countries is firing squad, beheading,
lethal injection, electrocution.I think the most and least humane is none of the above
beacause every person have a right and death penalty is not the solution for all of our sin.

2.Are you in favor of the death penalty ? why or why not?

Answer; No, because everyone makes mistakes,because not all mistakes are death is the
solution there are many possible punishment for people who have sin not just death. if the
top leaders of our country makes mistakes how can only a simple people.

3. At present, what prevents the united nation to unambiguously declare the death penalty
as contrary to international law. Give a reason for your answer.

Answer; a fair trial has not been granted other International Coventent on Civil and
Political Rights ( ICCPR ) rights have been violated, the crime was not punishable by the
death penalty at the time it was commited. beacause death is not the answers the all sin
the we make, everyone has a freedom that they themselves will preach to themselves
because people already know the right and wrong. It's up to them what they want to do.
