Respected Sir,
We the members of The Dramatic Society request you to grant us the permission to
use the Student Common Room for the Workshops and rehearsal purpose.
As we are preparing for the upcoming competition INT (Indian National Theatre) for that we
need the room for rehearsal from 10am to 5pm. The competition first round starts from 29 th
September to 11th October 2023. And the final round will start from 11th October to 13th
October. So we need common room from 14th August to 15th October.
Kindly allow us the permission and all assure you that everything we will be taken care of.
