Respected Sir,

With all due respect this is to apprise you of the first Alumni Meet of our University
which is being organized on 17th and 18th March, 2018 in which alumni from previous
all the batches are invited. The event is expected to have footfall of more than 100
people for whom formal dinner is to be arranged for two days.

Therefore we kindly request you to tentatively book the Auditorium Dinning Hall for
two days i.e. 17th and 18th March, 2018.
