Cutting Tiles Method

1. Mark of the cut area as a guide line both on front and back of the tile
2. Cutting Process:
a. For Straight line:
• Cutting starts on the front tile.
• At a certain depth, flip the tile over and plunge the cut from the back.
• Stop when the cut lines up with the corners of the marked Line on the front.
• The cut line and depth must be maintained. Thus, Stop and check often during
cutting process.

b. For Circular Line:

• Cut the front of the tile along the circle guideline.
• Tilt the grinder about 30 degrees and cut.
• Move the blade to the inside of the line and make a deeper cut.
• Continue moving the blade away from the line and cutting deeper until can be cut
completely through the back tilt.
• The cut line and depth must be maintained. Thus, stop and check often during
cutting process.
 3. The rough edge should be grinded off and trimmed back for smoothing the cut edge.
