1. Wheat purchased from FCI under OMSS(D) scheme shall be utilized domestically and
will not be exported by M/s……..

2. Wheat purchased by Processors/End Users from FCI under OMSS(D) scheme shall
not be re-sold to State Govt./State Govt. Agencies & Co-operatives or to any other Bulk
Buyers.

3. I will submit the stock holding certificate as per the GoI order dated 12.06.23 before
lifting of stocks at the Divisional Office.

4. M/s_____ is a processor of wheat and is engaged in the Business of processing of

Wheat products like Atta, Maida, Suji, and Dalia which are processed and packed at
own processing unit, and it is undertaken that will not get the same processed and
packed by a third party/sub-contractor. Further, it is declared that the exclusive work of
re-labelling and marketing of products of wheat purchased from FCI as per this MTF, in
any form will not be undertaken.

5. The wheat purchased by M/s____ from FCI under OMSS (D) will be
processed to wheat products and released to the market for sale within
30 days from the last date of lifting.

6. M/s_____ is holding a valid FSSAI license on the date of Publication of the NIT with its
validity up to-----------------i.e. which fulfills the tender requirement for having at least
a minimum of 25 days validity for the purpose of which wheat is purchased from FCI
(copy attached).

7. The stock holding of M/s____ as per “Removal of Licensing Requirements, Stock

Limits and Movement Restrictions on Specified Foodstuffs (amended act 2023)” issued
vide Govt. of India order dated 12.06.23 is declared and the information provided is
true to the best of my knowledge and ability (copy of the latest declaration is attached).

8. In case of event of any information found incorrect at any point of time, the party
would be debarred for a period of (1) one year from participating in any e-auction
under OMSS (D).
