    What preparations needed?
    1. Scan all the documents/annexes to PDF format
    2. Name the scanned documents as Annex A, Annex B, etc. and place it in one folder

    3. Using the Webpage Creator, create the webpage with links to the Annexes
    4. Publish the webpage to the local directory of the Web server (\xampp\htdocs\
    5. Start up the Apache web server
    6. The page is now ready for access
