Mr Chakrapani presented to cath suite on 07/07/2023 for elective iFR which was done with the following resuft:
Planned dPR to LCX and LAD
Rradial artery approach - 6Fr - first pass, uncomplicated access
Guiding catheter CLS3.5
dPR performed using Opsens Optowire
dPR to LOX of 0.95
dPR to LAD of 0.86
Proceeded to PCI to mid-LAD
Predilation usingSCB 2.5 x 15mm
Stented using DES 2.75 x 22mm
Postdilation using NCB 3.5x8mm
Very good end result - local haemostasis with TR band

Mr Chakrapaniremained overnight for observation and was discharged on the 08/07/2023 with the following plan:

atorvastatin 80mg nocte
omeprazole 20mg daily
- No driving X2 weeks
-Lifestyle modification risk factors explained to patient including the importance of smoking cessation, no alcohol misuse, weight
control, diet controland reqular low impact exercise.
