SUPPLIER Responsibilities
Construction Labour Construction labour will be recruited from local sources and will
work under the direction and supervision of the Project Manager.
The installation costing is based on current labour rates and
excludes any special site allowances that are sometimes
negotiated with particular builders.
Site Equipment and Intramega Global and suppliers will provide all necessary tools
Facilities and equipment to construct the specified storage and system.
PURCHASER
Responsibilities
Project Manager The Purchaser undertakes to appoint a Project Officer to whom all
matters relating to the implementation of this project are to be
directed. This position should be bestowed with adequate
authority to ensure decisions affecting the supplier’s adherence to
the specification or program are made effectively and without
delay. All communication in respect of project implementation
and design is to be directed to the Purchaser’s Project Officer in
the first instance.
Uninterrupted Progress The Purchaser will ensure that wherever installation progress is
dependent upon activities managed directly by the Purchaser or
indirectly through its other contractors or agents, these activities
are strictly controlled to avoid interruption or disruption to the
program. Failure to do so may result in downtime and/or other
costs being added to the contract price.
Site Conditions
Access to the Site The Purchaser shall provide to Intramega Global and its
subcontractors free and unrestricted access to the site between
0800 and 1700 hours from Monday to Saturday inclusive during
the period of construction and at other times on request.
Copyright on Drawings All drawings and specifications and other documents prepared by
Intramega Global under the Contract shall remain the property of
Intramega Global and copyright therein is reserved and
accordingly no copies shall be made or extracts taken from any
such documents without the prior written consent of Intramega
Global.
Standard & Finish Based on Intramega Global standard design, sizes and finish in
accordance to Intramega Global quality control system.
