Although it’s a small scale company but it is expanding its operations and business scale now. This can be seen by the reven
increase of the company over the past few months. The funds provided for the new project have been increased and its profit
also increasing.

A precedent is a law which is developed through the court system. But a higher court can overrule the lower court because o
some particular causes. So, any party can claim the lower court decision in a higher court and on some strong grounds, the
lower court decision can be changed by a higher court and hence the law can be changed.
