    Dear Thompson Kobina Simeon,

    OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT
    Matrix Recruitment Consultant is pleased to offer you the position of Health Safety and
    Environment Officer assigned to POWERCHINA GUIZHOU ENGINEERIMG COMPANY
    LTD, QATAR (DOHA). Your appointment takes effect from 1st April, 2022 subject to the
    conditions attached. You will report directly to your HSE MANAGER.
    You will be working 10 hours - six days a week. That is Sunday to Thursday. You will be
    entitled to a renumeration of 6000QAR/month basic, 500QAR accommodation, 500QAR
    transportation and 300QAR medicals.
    Upon completion of your orientation, you will begin your job duties which will include;

    • Perform facility HSE inspection and conducting risk assessments.


    • Prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary.
    • Assist in drawing up safe operational practices and making changes.
    • Keeping up to date and ensuring compliance with current safety regulation.
    A company policy and code of conduct would be made available to you on assumption of duty
