The undersigned is a graduating Grade 12 student under the strand Humanities and Social Sciences
(HUMSS) will be conducting our research in Inquiries. Investigation, and Immersion. The goal of our
research is to determine the “LIVED EXPERIENCES ABOUT PUBLIC SPEAKING OF GRADE 12 HUMSS
STUDENTS OF ACLC COLLEGE OF ORMOC, INC”, as well as to add up existing knowledge and create
programs that will be of benefit to the school or the community.

In this regard, we would like to request for your permission to present our interview to the Grade 12
HUMSS ACLC students on behalf of our research team. The interview will last only for about 10-15
minutes. Rest assured that the data gathered will remain confidential and for academic purposes only.
Any help you will extend will be of great help on our studies.
