 Direct and monitor compliances of project site to local SHES laws; assesses any related issues
that may result in noncompliance, penalty, notice of violation, and or suspension / termination of
operation.
 Ensure compliance to the established Integrated Management System of ACI. Helps in
addressing nonconformities found at project site.
 Identify opportunities for programs and standards improvements, and work with operation and
other SHES team members to develop and implement solutions and outcomes.
 Conducts correction, preventive, and corrective actions to eliminate and or prevent recurrence of
SHES related incident.
 Provide assistance to government agencies in the SHES inspection, accident investigation or any
other related programs at project site.
 Acts as first responder to any SHES related incident or emergency situation at project site.
 Appoints members (together with the Project Manager) and formulates SHES ERT and
committee table of organization at site.
 Updates contact information of key personnel of both internal and external team resources.
 Maintains Confidentiality of sensitive documents.
