WinMPX Controller Upgrade (DOS to Windows)

For Model AIT & ATW Dynamic Balance Machines

Our kit includes a new Windows 10 based machine controller that provides more flexibility,
expandability, additional memory, and the ability to connect to networks. For durability, our machine
has an industrial motherboard. The Galil motion controller included in this kit incorporates a new
interface module common to Micro-Poise’s Model AIT, ATW, and VTW for tire/wheel assembly
dynamic balancing and ASTEC® C series uniformity machines. The computer upgrade consists of a
color monitor and an uninterrupted power supply.

• Micro-Poise machine controller with Microsoft® Windows 10
• Latest WinMPX software version update
• New BITBUS board/adapter
• External Galil Interconnect board
• Database conversion
• Acronis® backup software
• 4-Position I/O Rack with IDC-5 Modules
• 120VAC Monitor, UPS, and related electrical components
• Pre-programmed set of PLC and HMI changes using the customer’s existing programs
