The given diagram illustrates how the bricks are made for the building industry.

Overall ,there are seven

stages in the production of bricks.

Firstly ,the first step of brick manufacturing is the digging the clay with a large digger. Then, the dug
clay is scattered on the mental grid and processed in a roller machine. Further, the clay is mixed with
sand and water. Then, this mixture is either kept in a mould or cut in a wire cutter to produce the raw
bricks.

In the next stage, that raw bricks are dried for 24 hours to 48 hours in a drying oven. After that stage,
the dried bricks are heated in a klin at a moderate temperature of 200°C-980°C and then at a high
temperature of 870°C -1300°C respectively. Those bricks are then cooled for 48 to 72 hours in a cooling
chamber. Finally, the bricks are packed and delivered to the customers’ destinations.
