 Production Process
Production process in electrical & mechanical, vacuum, core coil and tank
assembly. This stage will start after all material for electrical & mechanical
complete received at warehouse.

 Internal Testing
After all production process finish, this internal test should be conduct to
measure all required technical specification & the function is running well

 Level 1 Factory Acceptance Test (Witnessed)

Process that evaluates the equipment during and after the assembly process by
verifying that it is built and operating in accordance with design specifications
and shall be witnessed by client/user for acceptance.

- Tx 2.5 MVA & 3.5 MVA : Nov 6-10, 2023 (1 unit)
- Tx 40 MVA : Nov 27-30, 2023 (1 unit)
 Detail Execution Process
 Delivery Preparation & Delivery
Stage for final QC check, packing process, and coordinate with all parties
(shipping line & trucking/forwarder) for all documents needed in clearance
process. For this project we will arrange partial delivery for all equipment.

 Level 2 Installation Inspection

Re-assembly process for all dismantle part of MV transformer, oil purification,
visual check and function test. For the power skid system (Tx + RMU),we will
install complete skid into foundation and prepare the equipment for visual check
& function test.

 Detail Execution Process
 Level 3 Pre-Turn on Test & Inspection
Pre-commissioning and commissioning occur after construction and installation,
and before the facility or asset is put into operation. (Pre-)commissioning involves
various activities to ensure all systems and components of the facility are properly
installed, tested, and ready for operation.

 Level 4 Integrated System Test

Completion of all test required for transformers, MV Sub Pods and RMU to be
integrated and get approved certificate from consultants and K2 (End User).

 Detail Execution Process
 Level 5 Handover
Final tests that include all systems working together as designed. Numerous tests
will occur to create a comprehensive test routine and is added into the Operations
& Maintenance Manuals (O&M).
