There are several problems that causes of leadership failure such as lack of self-
leadership qualities in which can cause ineffectiveness of employees. Because of
this, there are three (3) suggested solutions to deal with common leadership and
management challenges, these involve the following:
First, Leadership has a direct cause and effect relationship upon organizations
and their success. Leaders determine values, culture, change tolerance and
employee motivation.
Second, Great leadership also encourages the development of better business
culture. When leaders inspire others, everyone's attitude changes.
Third, Poor management can cause lasting damage to your employees and
organization. If it’s not recognized it can lead to a toxic and uninviting working
atmosphere.
