I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to seek your permission to allow your child’s
participation in the International Coastal Cleanup event scheduled for September 16, 2023, from
6 am to 10 am, at Tullahan River, Barangay San Bartolome, Novaliches, Quezon City.

The International Coastal Cleanup is an important environmental initiative aimed at removing

litter and debris from our waterways to protect the ecosystem and promote a cleaner
environment. I am excited about the opportunity your child as a Scout will contribute to this
worthy cause and make a positive impact on our community.

I assure you that safety measures will be in place during the event, including adult supervision,
proper equipment, and adherence to all necessary health and safety guidelines. I will also be
accompanied by responsible adults who will ensure your child’s well-being throughout the
cleanup.

An activity fee of PHP 150.00 pesos only shall be collected from each Scout to defray certificate
materials and transportation expenses going to and forth from school to event venue.
