Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing on behalf of Kalayaan
National High School Senior Scouts Outfit 537, a dedicated group of scouts and scouters from
our community who are enthusiastic about environmental preservation and community service.

We are excited to inform you about our participation in the International Coastal Cleanup,
scheduled to take place on September 16, 2023, from 06:00 am to 10:00 am, at Tullahan River,
Brgy. San Bartolome, Novaliches, Quezon City. This event is spearheaded by DENR National
Capital Region and with great significance as it aligns with our commitment to maintaining the
cleanliness and sustainability of our local coastal areas.

In order to ensure the participation of our scouts and scouters in this vital community initiative,
we are kindly requesting sponsorship assistance from your office. Specifically, we seek support
for the transportation needs to and from the cleaning site and cleaning materials such as garbage
bags, brooms and dust pans of our participants.

The sponsorship will contribute to the success of this event and enable us to involve more
dedicated individuals who are eager to contribute to the well-being of our environment. We
believe that your generous support will not only help us reach the cleanup location but also
inspire a sense of responsibility and pride among our youth, teaching them the importance of
environmental stewardship.
