Overview of Service (Paper Confirmation)

You are about to create a ticket for Paper Bank Confirmation Service of the ADC. Please read
and follow the instructions below:

1) An open engagement code for the applicable reporting period is required for this service
request.

2) You may request this service if the Bank does not mandate the use of Confirmation.com or
other digital platforms and will accept a manual paper-based bank confirmation request.

3) Please accomplish completely and accurately all the required fields in this ticket. Ticket with
incomplete information or attachments will be returned to requestor.

4) ADC shall process the ticket request based on the information submitted in this ticket. You
will receive an email instruction during the different stages of the process.

5) ADC will submit to the Engagement Team the bank reply when it is delivered in the KPMG
Center.
