2 Cylinders and machine installation

3 Installation precaution

The best ink usage and storage temperature is 15-25 ℃, avoid direct sunlight, It may reduce
the print quality if using at below 5 ℃ or above 30 ℃ environment

If ink icing or a long time in high temperature environments (such as long-distance transport in
summer), pls make sure the ink in a normal temperature environment for 24 hours, naturally
thawed or cooled to normal temperature before using it.Don't use other ways,such as heating.
Otherwise it will reduce the ink quality, reduce print quality.

In activities which many contact with the ink,such as adding ink, ink road testing and overhaul
the pump stack group,Pls wear safety equipments.Such as plastic gloves, protective glasses,
etc., in order to avoid personal injury.

Inks contain chemicals, please keep it beyond children's reach, Pls properly handle waste
ink and not be thrown away anywhere, to avoid to pollute the environment or cause harm to
others.
If the cartridge was hurled and shaked, it may cause damage to the cartridge, do not continue
to use this cartridge
Please install and unplug the cartridge gently, It will cause overflow of the ink from the cartridge if
rapid move.
Once the cartridge is installed, don’t pull it down until it runs out.It causes air enter to the ink tube if insert or
pull down the cartridges frequently,It will occur ink breaking or reduece the print quality.

Print head alignment

[About print head calibration]

To get good print quality, it is necessary to carry out the print head calibration.
If the print head is not calibrated, streaks will appear sometimes when printing.
USB cable should be plugged into the back of the computer.

Bi-directional Calibration
* Only the print direction in [PRINT QUALITY] set in [BI-DIRECTION] can be used.
This adjustment is for bidirectional printing offset adjustment.
When replaced material or adjusted the print head height, then it is necessary to carry out this operation.

1.Press [MENU] and [ ] key to select BIDIRECTION.

 TWO PRINT HEADS PRINTING

* Two print heads printing calibration is limited to two print heads machines.
This calibration for two print heads from right to left, left to right printing coincidence, and
coincidence calibration before and after printing.
When moving print head or re-install the driver, it is necessary to take this operation.

Print head maintenance

Print head maintenance of water based machine

NOTICE After using the machine, check whether the carrier back to the original point, to ensure that print
head and cap of service station is close together, so that the print head is sealed in the cap of
service station.

When the machine does not work over 4days (including 4days), before placing, put proper
cleaning fluid (drop a small amount of cleaning fluid, fully wet sponge of service station cap,
please do not refill to prevent ink reflux), then push the carrier back to the origin, it is a must to
keep print head and service station cap close tightly closed.

When the machine will not be used for a long time, we suggest to clean the whole ink circuit,
remove print head, after cleaning, the print head should be packed according to standard
encapsulation.

When the machine is not used for a long time and print head is blocked caused by this, you can
try soaking the print head for some time. If condition permitted, you can use ultrasonic cleaning
machine to clean print head. When use ultrasonic cleaning machine to clean print head, 30 seconds
to 1 minute will be better, too long will also caused damage to print head.

Print head maintenance of eco solvent based machine

NOTICE
After using, clean R-pump and service station cap with eco solvent cleaning fluid to prevent
residual ink in R-pump tube condensation.

Before starting machine, can use eco solvent cleaning fluid to soak print head for a few minutes
and clean, it can ensure print head in good condition and prolong using life.

When the machine will not be used for a long time, then suggest to clean the whole ink circuit,
remove print head, after cleaning, print head should be packed according to standard package
encapsulation.

When the machine is not used for a long time and print head is blocked caused by this, you can

Change cartridge

Do not use this printer under the following
environment: open fires, electric spark, static
electricity, high temperature or any place
close to heat. Otherwise it may cause fire.

Keep the cartridge away from children.

NOTICE Only use the ink supplied by us! Do not try to fill ink into the empty cartridge.

Except for transport, please do not take off the cartridge.

off the cartridge please install a new one immediately.

Do not tear off cartridge.

Ink should be stored under the environment of well ventilated, and keep its environment temperature
from -20 to 40℃(-4~104℉).

Any shake might damage the cartridge, so do not use it again.

Please handle with care when install or take off the cartridge.

Do not take the cartridge off until the inks used up. Because when cartridge took off from printer, the air may
come into the ink pipe, and print quality will be reduced.

Handle waste inks
Please handle waste inks as following steps when ink reaches the limit level of waste ink collecting box or
you need to move the machine.

Collect the waste ink via our waste-ink-

collecting container. The fire or illness may
caused if waste ink leak or evaporate.

NOTICE When take off waste ink collecting box please keep it vertical and do not shake, as it might spatter
out.

Waste ink can not be reused and it contains poisonous compositions. So do not burn or handle it as a
general rubbish.
Do not pour waste inks into sewer or river, otherwise it might cause environment pollution.

1 Turn off the power.

2 Take off the waste ink collecting box which is

full with inks.

3 Carefully handle it conforming

to your local law and rules.

Cleaning

Notice Before cleaning please turn off the main power switch and unplug the power cord first.
* Turn off the sub power switch first and then turn off the main power switch.

Do not add lubricating oil on mechanical parts.

Do not use solvent cleaning solution to clean. (Like gasoline or thinner)

Cleaning pressure plate regularly, because it will affect print quality if it is dirty.

Do not touch print head by hand or any other material.

Keep printer clean at any time.

Clean print head with our special cleaning cloth (or cleaning rod) and cleaning solution.

Do not clean or rub print head surface with any materials which might cause irreparable damage.

Cleaning printer body

Cleaning printer body carefully with wringed wet cloth. While clean operation panel or display screen with
dry and soft cloth.

Cleaning pressure plate

Cleaning pressure plate carefully with wringed wet cloth.

Cleaning grinding wheel

Clean up the dust and impurities with brush. Clean it in horizontal direction while rolling it.
The dust might block the material moving.
