I am Amod Kumar Jha, having a savings account in your branch with

account number 50100024567896. I would like to bring to your notice
that the spelling of my name has been incorrect by you in my Bank
Account. So, I request you to update the same in my account as well. I
have enclosed all the supporting documents, along with the letter for
your reference.
Old name in account: Amoda Kumar Jha
New name: Amod kumar jha
I request you to kindly remove an ‘a’ in my name as mentioned above
and update the bank records. I shall be highly obliged if the same can be
reflected in all the bank records at the earliest.
