25” Triple Air Purification Approach

This industrial air purifier provides maximum air cleaning performance with its 25-inch
three-fold filtration system that consists of a polyester pre-filter, activated carbon filter,
and HEPA filter. MatrixAir boasts an air filtration method that is environmentally safe
and maintenance-friendly.

 Phase 1: Polyester Pre-filter

The pre-filter is the initial barrier that extends the HEPA filter’s life. It is made of
interlacing polyester particles that hinder lint, hair, dust, pollen, and other large particles
from permeating. It is located behind the retainer spring and should be changed every 3
to 4 weeks.

 Phase 2: Activated Carbon Filter

As the chemical filter in the triple filtering system, the activated carbon filter eliminates
unpleasant odors and harmful gases by trapping their molecules. This layer also
guarantees to eliminate Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) that cause harm to the
respiratory tract.

 Phase 3: HEPA Filter

The HEPA filter is known as the most crucial part of the air cleaning process. It can
effectively clear micro-particles such as dust mites, smoke, spores, molds, spray paint,
ashes, viruses, and other particles as small as 0.3 microns. The HEPA filter is situated
behind the bag filter and needs replacement every 12 months.

 UV Light

This UV light uses ultraviolet C rays designed to kill bacteria and viruses circulating in
the room.

Installation Designed for Maximum Contaminant Removal

The MaxMountXL commercial smoke eater boasts steel beam installation that doesn’t
take any floor space. This unit’s high placement also enables the maximum removal of
airborne contaminants in the room, whether the number of smokers is large or small.

1-Year Supply of Air Filters

The MatrixAir MaxMountXL Commercial Smoke Eater includes a one-year supply of air
filters - one 4” pleated pre-filter or 12 ½” pre-filters, one 15” multi-purpose bag, and one
6-inch HEPA filter. The multi-purpose filter bag is located directly behind the pre-filter
and should be changed every six months.
