MundaMurra Pty Ltd (MundaMurra) is a 100% Aboriginal owned and managed company, delivering rail, utilities,
civil and mining services. Owner and Managing Director Stewart Drage established the company in early 2020.
Stewart is a Nyiyaparli Traditional Owner.
MundaMurra was established to offer a quality Aboriginal service provider in the mining and resources sector.
Drawing from personal experience working and living in the Pilbara, MundaMurra is committed to delivering
quality results while providing meaningful opportunities for Aboriginal people.

KEY PEOPLE
Stewart Drage
Community Engagement Specialist
Stewart is a respected member of the Pilbara Aboriginal community with extensive
business management expertise. He has lived and worked throughout the Pilbara
and Gascoyne regions in the mining, pastoral and government sectors as well as
managing the operations of an Aboriginal contracting business.
As a member of the Nyiyaparli language group, Stewart’s traditional country covers
Newman, the Chichester Ranges, Marillana, Cloud Break, Christmas Creek, Roy Hill,
Yandicoogina and Hope Downs.
Stewart maintains close family and business connections with many of the
indigenous communities of the wider Pilbara region including the Banjima,
Nyiyaparli, lnnawonga, Nymal and Martu peoples.
