1. Goals ● Receive grade above class average


● Clear and regular communications through meetings and in our group
chat
● Completion of work before the deadline
● Truly learn about the different aspects of our companies and how to
strengthen the values of a business as a whole

2.Expectations ● Evenly distributed workload – each teammates contributes

● Go beyond just completing the assigned task, create and develop new
tasks to improve the work

create group understanding

3. Roles ● Workday Inc. (WDAY)


○ Eleanor - Researcher/ Presentation Designer
■ Address and analyze their major ESG concerns
■ Analyze company’s efforts in aligning their goals with
SDGs
■ Design, organize, and format the presentation slides
○ Justo - Researcher / Presentation Organizer
■ Analyze the company's interest within each value and
how it affects the goal they are trying to achieve
■ Make sure each piece of information and image is in the
right order and format
○ Marco -Researcher / Presenter
■ Research what the company actually does and their
business model which separates themselves from other
competitors in the industry
■ Analyze where the business is making and losing money
● Microstrategy Incorporated Inc (MSTR)
○ Sean - Timekeeper / evaluator
■ Analyze ideas and weigh the pros and cons
■ Make sure groups stay on track and finish enough work
allotted time.
■ Evaluate the trends in ESG rankings over time and
within specific categories
○ Alara - Team Collaborator/Researcher
■ Create fluidity between the MSTR and WDAY research
(via presentations and research). Aid MSTR team in
researching ESG values and CSR and CSV aspects in
the company.
○ Sam - Research planning, presenter, room booking.
○ Will help research the companies and organize the
presentation. Will also make sure rooms are booked if needed
for specific group meetings.

● Further research and presentation rehearsal: 9/20 (Wed), 6pm
● Final rehearsal and polishing: 9/24 (Sun), 3pm
