Defined as a functional facility with an enclosure to separate the outside
environment creating a sustainable structure to utilize ad also to maximize the use of
different materials and the efficiency of the plan anthropologically and ergonomically.
Humans need shelter to keep safe and meet comfort whether from rainy climate or from
hot and cold weathers where an individual must search for cool or warm space. A
sustainable building yearns for the provision of requirement and materials to provide
energy, water and waste management, and in essence, a shelter that meets strength,
utility, and beauty or also what we call buildings.
Construction
concerns relate to the practical problems of getting a building built safely, on time,
within budget, and to the required standards of quality: sequencing of construction
operations for maximum productivity ; optimum use of building trades; division of work
between the shop and the building site; convenient and safe worker access to
construction operations; effects of weather; making building components fit together;
quality testing of materials and components during construction; and much more.

Construction Methodology
A planned method of instruction with step by step process by which the structure

opportunities.
The construction methodology or execution planning services will be provided in
accordance with the contract requirements.
