X 2 AND CONNECTION OF 4 STANDPIPES

Deliblox Construction hereby wishes to inform you that your company has been appointed for construction and
drilling of new borehole, Elevated 10 000L tank x 2 and connection of 4 standpipes as per your bid. The
appointment is per scope of work as offered in the bid document.

Deliblox reserves the right to terminate contract at any stage should the company appointed be:

1. In breach of any terms and conditions as contained in the contract in respect of which you would have
failed to remedy within a reasonable time after Deliblox asked you to do so in writing;
2. Incompetence or commit any act of gross misconduct or omit to perform the required services as per
the contract

The appointment will entail quality as well as timeous delivery, per specification up to the time of delivery to
Deliblox
