Please summarize the learning you got from the first video session of SPIP.
Summary Session 1:
The principles of a personal interview were addressed in the first course.
Describe a job interview.
In a conventional interview, one party asks questions, and the other party responds in a prepared
dialogue. The two different types of interviews are public interviews and private interviews.
During the personal interview, the candidate has the possibility to comprehend the particular nature
of the organization's requirements. In this interview, the candidate can emphasize their transferable
abilities while learning more about the position and the organization through personal interview
questions.
Please summarize the learning you got from the second video session of SPIP.
Summary Session 2:
The second session concentrated on typical PI mistakes such neglecting to undertake substantial
research, acting impulsively or emotionally out of control, acting imbalanced, and giving false
information.
Other mistakes include arriving early or departing late, dressing improperly, using a cell phone,
failing to conduct corporate research, losing focus, and donning incorrect attire. Unsure of the
specifics of the résumé, chatting excessively, and criticizing prior companies.
Please summarize the learning you got from the third video session of SPIP.
Summary Session 3:
The third meeting was dedicated to the PI procedure. Shortlisting, an introduction, inquiries about
the candidate's background and resume, queries on appropriateness, a surprise event, and an offer
letter are all included (in the order specified). The discussion then shifted to interviewing methods,
namely how you react to his inquiries and your gestures, body language, and attitude when
speaking.
Please summarize the learning you got from the fourth video session of SPIP.
Summary Session 4:
The fourth session was all on getting ready for PI. There are two ways to get ready for interviews:
independently and with outside help.
Create and memorize your personal profile. As part of your self-preparation, create a great CV (one
page, modern style, explicitly mentioning academics, internships, and training specifics).
Q. What internships have you done? What was your role in the internship? What are the skills you
have developed in your internships?
I'm now an intern at your company, VCE. My finance internship is primarily focused on financial
modeling and analysis. My comfort level with MS Excel is growing as a result of this internship.
Q. Are there any specialised training programs or courses you have undertaken? What were your
learnings?
I'm currently enrolled in several online courses, including ones on advanced MS Excel, stock
trading, and financial analysis. I also did a lean six sigma course. The specifics of finance and its
connected fields are covered in my schooling.
Q. How do you handle stressful situations? Explain one of your stressful experiences and how you
coped with it?
I counter negativity by seeking out its positive aspects. It was quite worrisome for me when I did not
advance to the final round of the Deloitte placement process. I deal with it by hoping that I'll be
assigned something better to write.
