Private Group Check-in includes designated area with tables for
group check-in and a check-in station with confirmed rooming list
assignments and cold bottles of water.
Bar or Refreshment Service at Check-in is proportionate to group
size and pre-determined by hotel/Group Organizer.
Dedicated Food Station at Check-in includes light snacks, small
bites, and seasonal fruits at check-in relative to group size and
pre-determined by hotel/Group Organizer.
Massage Chair at Check-in available only during peak times of
check-in. Massage consists of a five-minute head, neck, and
shoulder massage. Limit one massage per person. Limit one chair
per group check-in.
One Complimentary Room for Every 20 Rooms Paid is based on
cumulative room nights, confirmed when the room block is
finalized and applies without limit to the amount of complimentary
room nights.
