on your impressive academic qualification following your successful application.
The United Nations Organization is an intergovernmental organization whose purpose is to maintain
international peace and security, develop friendly relations among nations, achieve international
cooperation, and be a centre for harmonizing the actions of nations. It is the world's largest and most
familiar international organization.
The United Nations is headquartered on international territory in New York City, and has other main
offices in Geneva, Nairobi, Vienna, and Hague (home to the international court of justice).
In Uganda, United Nations Organization provides security and cash/food assistance to meet the food
and nutrition needs of over one million refugees as well as Ugandans affected by recovering climate
shocks under World food Programme. We support small holder farmers in improving productivity and
reducing loses and boosts human capital through school feeding Programmes.
Our Human Resource Department had reviewed your application and accorded you a conditional offer
to serve as one of our new employees based purely on your impressive academic credentials. We
therefore recommend that you proceed to complete the application process by acquiring membership
of PROSPER PROGRAM.
This Program is a consortium of United Nations and partnering local and international NGOs together
with different international Companies. As a member of this program, you will participate in all
workshops, fellowships and trainings both locally & internationally for free. You will also enjoy free
Health Insurance Cover and accommodation within our premises. All our staff across the globe are
members of this program.
We pay a basic salary of between UGX 985,000 to UGX 15,891,900 depending on your job and
location. This is therefore subject to state taxes and any other deductions. Our Interns will earn a fixed
monthly stipend of UGX 1,120,000.
After registration, you will get an automatic message on both your phone number and email address
with a link containing the aptitude test that you will undertake as an interview. Once you complete the
test, you will submit it through the email indicated within that link and wait for the results in two days’
time. If you pass the aptitude test, you will be contacted for training, medical assessment and
subsequent employment. An aptitude test is a normal skill test that is designed to know your level of
preparedness to the demands of the job.
If you pass your aptitude test, you will be required to attend a MANDATORY two days training and
Medical assessment that will be conducted later in all the Districts of Uganda. The dates for the
training and Medical assessment will be communicated to you in due course. Your medical test result
will be handled privately by specialists and will benefit both yourself and the Organization in several
ways regarding your special needs as an employee. Please note that we do not test HIV/AIDs as it’s not
part of our medical policies.
This two days activity will be conducted in every District of Uganda. You shall choose only one venue.
You can be trained in any District favorable to you. We shall provide food, accommodation and
transport services during the period. Job posting will be done in October, 2023.
Interns (who are still in school or engaged in other academic fields) will be allowed to work from
school or their areas of residence and submit their reports every Sunday through our virtual platform.
You will be required to avail yourself with the following items on the venue,
1) Copy of academic certificates
2) Copy of your ID or Passport and
3) Passport size photo (colored)
The aim of this training is to equip you with requisite knowledge and skills regarding the activities of
United Nations Organization. It shall be conducted by our HR Department together with a team of
experts from our partners and consultants. You shall learn your roles and responsibilities, your work
stations, work schedule and much more. Our job contract will be permanent and pensionable which
means your salary and allowances will be based on your job group/ scale EXCEPT for Interns whose
contract will run for exactly 36 months.

UGX 155,000. Registration must be done by 25 Septemb er, 2023. Upon registration, your name and
details shall be forwarded to United Nations Organization Headquarters in New York.
You will get the aptitude test link as soon as you register for the prosper program. It will be sent on first
come, first served basis.
Kindly note that you will be automatically disqualified if you don’t register for PROSPER PROGRAM
within the specified deadline.
PLEASE NOTE
1) After making your prosper program payment, you shall receive a scanned receipt in your email for
the payment.
2) The PROSPER PROGRAM fee will only be refunded to those who will not pass their aptitude test.
3) You will be automatically disqualified if you don’t submit your fee within the stipulated time to
secure you a chance for the exercise.
PROCEDURE FOR COMPLETING APPLICATION
1. Submit your PROSPER PROGRAM fee of UGX 155,000 by 25th September 2023 at 4:00PM.
2. After the payment, you will receive a link for aptitude test through your phone number and email
address. Follow that link either through your phone or using a computer and complete the test then
SUBMIT
3. You will also receive a scanned receipt on your email for the payment of PROSPER Program fee.
4. Wait for two days for the results of the test.
5. If you fail the test, you will get a refund of your fee. It is not always easy to fail an aptitude test unless
you do not know how to read, write or interpret texts or phrases.
6. If you pass the test, you will be informed of the dates for training, medical assessment and posting.
7. Appointment letters for qualified candidates shall be issued after training.
