Relative to the above reference, please we learnt of an important International Conference which
aims to bring together professionals, researchers, nutritionists, academicians, practitioners, and
policy makers from the field of public health nursing and public health – ICPHNPH-23 and related
areas to engage in discussions, share know-how expertise, and present the latest advancements in
research and practices. Fortunately, our Nutrition Communication Specialist specialized in
knowledge research and nutrition communication, policy analytics and consultations considered in
the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the conference will promote broad logical
discourse.
Nabyoga Berna Claire for over 1 and 1/2 years has been heading the Nutrition Team with a vital
role of implementing the Nutrition Communication Model. This enabled the acceleration of health
care knowledge articulation and continuous assessments, and impactful research. We understand
our specialist will discuss, articulate and connect our Model to the International Public Health
Society for Applied Research.
Therefore, this letter is intended to recommend her for a Visa to enable her participate and learn
more of how to collaborate with knowledge researchers.

This letter confirms Nabyoga Berna Claire to work with Firm Growth High Precision TESTBED
(FiGHT-(‘the Consult’) under East African School of Higher Education Studies and Development
(EASHESD) Makerere University to set out the Nutrition Communication services and expectations.
The Consult is committed to providing a supportive service environment that allows gaining valuable
media programs on learning and know-how expertise sharing experience. We hope that your skills
will be enjoyable and rewarding.
Specialization
Your 5 year duration will commence on February 14th 2022 and end on 14th / February 2026. You
will be working fully remotely for the duration of your service program unless otherwise stated. You
will be working from our office for the duration of your work, unless otherwise stated. You will
work particularly from home, in accordance to our flexible working policy. Your normal hours of
work are from 8.30am to 5.30pm totaling 11hrs typically, 37.4hours per week on Monday to Friday
with a daily unpaid lunch break of one hour. Your objectives and work plan during the course of the
Nutrition Communication programs is set out in the schedule below.
Payments
You will be paid UGS. 1.200,000/= monthly and allowances which will be paid in equal installments
in arrears on or about the 26,000/= on a daily basis. All payments are subject to deductions for
income tax and national insurance contributions and other authorized deductions or deductions
required by law. You authorize us to deduct any sums you owe to us at any time (to include, without
limitation, the balance of any season ticket loan, salary, and repayment of pay for holiday taken in
excess of your accrued entitlement) from your earning and/or from any other sums due to you under
this contract (to include, without limitation, any holiday pay or sick pay), at any time during your
internship and/or when it ends.
Holiday
You will be entitled to paid holiday in each calendar year, plus bank and public holidays. This
includes your statutory basic and additional holiday under the Working Time Regulations. Your
statutory basic holiday is taken first, then statutory additional holiday, then any additional contractual
holiday.
Insurance
We will provide adequate insurance cover while you are undertaking work approved and authorize
by us.
Confidentiality
During your work you may have access to confidential information in relation to FiGHT Consults.
We expect you to maintain confidentiality and not to use or disclose such information whilst you are
an intern with us or at any time in the future.
Complaints procedure
We will endeavor to resolve fairly any problems, concerns or difficulties you may encounter during
your work with us. Your first point of contact for any complaints will be the Head of Consults, and
your secondary option is to speak to the Legal Advisor. This contract is intended to be a legally
binding contract with you as a worker. It may be cancelled at any time at the discretion of either
party. Neither of us intends an employee/employer relationship to be created either now or at any
time in the future.
