These Guidelines have been designed to ensure adequate branding and visibility of the activities undertaken through “Bosnia and
Herzegovina Resilience Initiative (BHRI)“ project, which is implemented by the International Organization for Migration (IOM), funded
by the Austrian Development Cooperation through Austrian Development Agency.
All shared information and communication activities are designed to raise the awareness of targeted or general audiences, and the
results and the impact of this support have the appropriate visibility.
It sets out requirements and guidelines for events and physical meetings, social media activities, publications, written materials, press
conferences, presentations, invitations, signs, and all other tools used to highlight the achievements of this programme.
When sharing content about key events and milestones of the project in the media and on social media, it is important to coordinate
a common communications approach between IOM BiH and your team. It is of particular importance to follow the guidelines outlined
in this document for media or social media content created within the project.
IOM BiH pays special focus on the quality of materials produced with the support of the organization. For the best quality of
materials implementing partners should contact IOM’s BHRI team for content, inputs on design, photo selection, layout, and
use of logos of donors and implementing partners. Draft materials should be sent by email for comments, inputs and approval
to the BHRI staff at least 5 days prior publishing. IOM BiH keeps the right to use all the materials created within a supported
program for promotion.
NB: All draft materials should be sent by email for comments, input and approval to the activity designated focal point
