JOB DESCRIPTION

I.T

 Encodes data sources for system processing.


 Operates assigned information systems.
 Assists in the maintenance of document management of the SOLANZO
TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT CENTER
 Assists in the encoding of technical reports, letters, memorandums, and others.
 Performs data validation and verification procedures of SOLANZO TRAINING
AND ASSESSMENT CENTER database.
 Uploads validate files to the TESDA of the Philippines.
 Functions as the Designated Procurement Officer of the SOLANZO TRAINING
AND ASSESSMENT CENTER
 Resolves or refers grievances for action.
 Performs other related tasks as may be required by the Program.

Processing Officer

 Organizes documents; prepares and codes data for entry into the computer
system.
 Investigates and reconcile any discrepancies in files.
 Answers phone; screens calls; responds to any inquiries or transfers calls to
appropriate office or individual; composes correspondence in response to
inquiries.
 Maintains library of any reference material needed to ensure accurate coding.
 Files material into the proper location.
 Assists with other work processing or other tasks as needed.

Liaison Officer Job

 Maintain thorough knowledge of the business, as well as an understanding of


how that impacts the other entities of contact.
 Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the business.

 Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the


business.
 Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the
business and any issues that arise.
 Develop and foster relationships with the community, stakeholders, and other
entities.
 Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to
improve the relationship between the business and the other entity.
 Compile reports about incidents, events, or updates about an important issue for
the business
 Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between the
business and the other entity.
 Promptly respond to incidents and other events as necessary
 Act as a positive representation of the business to the community

Assessment Manager

The School Administrator is the Assessment Center Manager of the School. He


is responsible for the whole operation of the Assessment Center.

The specific functions include the following:

 Oversees the general functions and duties of the CACS – Focal Person.

 Implements all policies promulgated by the Technical Education & Skills


Development Authority.

 Approves and sign the Registry of Workers Assessed and Certified (RWAC)
Report.
 Approves capital expenditures and sign all major disbursements within the
budgetary limit.
 Signs all contracts and legal papers of the assessment center.

 Performs all other duties and functions incidental to the office and those assigned
to him/her by the Board of Trustees.

Administrative Staff

 is under the supervision, administrative control, and technical direction of


the Assessment Center Manager.
 shall primarily be responsible for the efficient and effective management
and operation of the Assessment Center. She shall perform the normal
and regular duties and functions which shall include but not be limited to
the following:
 Assists the Assessment Center Manager in all matters affecting the
general policies of the assessment center.
 Takes charge of the admission of applicants and provides information on
assessment.
 Supervises the overall process of the assessment.
 Supervises the duties and functions of the competency assessors,
 Contacts and assigns assessors and makes schedules for the
assessment.
 Submits Registry of Workers Assessed and Certified (RWAC) Report to
TESDA Provincial Office (PO);
 Attends in meetings, seminars, conferences, and other gatherings related
tohis/her functions especially called by TESDA,.
 Performs all other duties and functions incidental to the office assigned to
him/her by the manager of the Assessment Center
Tool Keeper
Primarily responsible for issuing, receiving, monitoring, and safekeeping of raw
materials, hand tools, power tools, and other equipment in the workshop. keep track
and inventory all tools. Monitor damaged and replaces existing tools.

Farm supervisor
Supervise, monitor, and enforce procedures to maintain animal
and crop health and welfare. Supervise and oversee growing and
other crop-related operations. Supervise maintenance of
infrastructure, equipment, and supplies. Develop work schedules and
establish procedures.
